Sensornet First again putting the customer first!
Our priority at Sensornet is putting the customer at the heart of everything we do to ensure we continue to be at the forefront of our industry. With this in mind our most recent major project was updating our quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008 to meet the Quality demands of the next ten year and beyond by implementing the latest issue ISO 9001:2015.
The challenges faced by business today are continually changing and ISO 9001 has been updated to take this new environment into account. For example, increased globalization has changed the way we do business and we operate more complex supply chains than in the past. In addition, there are increased expectations from all our customers and other interested parties based on more access to information. The latest ISO 9001:2015 meets these changing Global business and social needs.
Sensornet achieved implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 revision successfully by working closely with our ISO consulting partners QTP .
Key benefits of the latest ISO 9001:2015 revision Include: –
An increased importance given to risk based thinking, moving away from classical corrective/preventative action, this helps address organizational risks and opportunities in a structured manner. While this has always been part of the standard, the new version gives it increased prominence.
More effective communication, driven through a communications strategy this already included regularly speaking to our customers and suppliers to gain suggested improvements and feedback on our services and future products.
Continuously reviewing our Systems, Policies and Procedures to make them work for you.
Training our staff to ensure we solve any potential problems and find opportunities for improving before issues occur and putting greater emphasis on leadership engagement.
Finally, the ISO 9001:2015 revision helps integrate all the above to make sure Sensornet works as a team across departments to meet your changing needs quickly and effectively.
